Date:  September 17th – Show 1 at 9am and Show 2 at 9:30am

Limited to 130 dogs with the exception of Junior Showmanship.  No refunds after entering.

Entries open August 19th and close September 9th at 12pm

Other information:  No non-regular classes offered. 
Instead a puppy match will be offered prior to with day of entries.

Location:  Camp Claircrest, 17607 E. 191st Street, Pleasant Hill, MO  64080 (signs are posted) for the show!  We recommend you use Camp Claircrest in a GPS system as Google GPS produces a north of Pleasant Hill address, whereas Camp Claircrest is on the WEST side of 291 and ¾ of a mile SOUTH of 58E and 291.


All rules and guidelines must be followed to be onsite at Camp Claircrest and the owner/manager has the right to refuse access to those who do not follow the rules and/or have been deemed an issue in the past including but not limited to:  No alcohol is allowed, no smoking, no firearms, and other safety precautions.  Anyone not in good standing with UKC, Midwest Dog Fanciers and/or Camp Claircrest will not be allowed onsite (owing the club money for example).  COVID waivers will be required by the facility and club as well as any other safety requirements deemed necessary by the city, county, state, UKC, club and/or judge.

Outside Shows:

Pops ups are encouraged for parking and grooming.  Limited amount of electrical options may be accessible.  Long extension cords and generators are encouraged.  Rings will be set up north of the agility area with tents and gaiting.  If the ground is dry, parking will be along both sides of the driveway and a parking attendant will be assisting.  Exhibitors will not be allowed to park inside the fenced area.  The Agility Area and Dog Park is off limits to exhibitors.  Please clean up after your dog(s). 

Entering The Show

MWDF requires electronic entries via their system.  The day that entries open a link will be published.  Payment must be made in full for the entry to be accepted and the entry form must be complete.  The club respectfully request an additional dollar per entry if using Paypal to offset the fees.  Online entry system is also required for junior showmanship.  Anyone who can not utilize the online entry system may call (816) 775-2140 and leave a message.  However, a phone call, message or text does not constitute or confirm an entry until it is entered into the system and payment is received.

Emailed or mailed entries will not be accepted.   

Only dogs entered in the show are allowed onsite.

Inside Shows:

Expect the rings to be smaller with limited crating inside (small dogs take priority).  No grooming inside. Anticipate crating dogs in your vehicles.  The building has limited heat and no air conditioning.  Dress accordingly.  Other buildings may be offered for overflow crating.  Dress accordingly.  Other buildings or a tent may be offered for overflow crating depending on the weather.

Shows are planned to start at 9am and 9:30am.  An order will be posted as soon as possible please check back!  We are not able to promptly answer emails if we are still processing entries.

The showsite is available after 5:30pm until 8pm on Friday and until two (2) hours after the completion of Best In Show unless overnight parking is reserved each night.  The buildings and area will close at 8pm and reopen at 7:30am.  Parking will be along the drive, and on the rocked areas with limited access inside the fenced area.

Lunch will be offered from 12pm-1:30pm.  Donations will be accepted if you are inclined to do so.

Raffle and Silent Auction will be offered!

No refunds will be offered.  No entries will be accepted that are incomplete or lacking payment.
